Poll: Crumbling Michigan Roads No. 1 Issue for Voters

States continuously fail to do one of the few things they (supposedly) must do, which is to provide and take care of the roads. So what happens when they fail? They give themselves more money. “[T]he Senate prepares to possibly vote Tuesday on a major gas tax hike to pay for roads.”
