"The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary." ~ H.L. Mencken
3 Libertarian Lessons in the Lego Movie
Submitted by Bradley Keyes on Fri, 2014-03-14 00:00
LEGO Movie. Oh my dear sweet LEGO Movie. As if 100 minutes crammed full of childhood nostalgia wasn't enough, you had to go and fill the film with deliciously subversive libertarian messages. But hold on. You might remember conservatives calling for parents to boycott the film. They were up in arms about the so-called anti-business message in the film.
