That's an odd statement coming from someone who holds a law degree--that a concept is "a general proposition," when in fact it's a basic rule of the US system of government.

The US started going downhill as soon as people started figuring out ways to abuse their own rules. It's an inevitable path, sadly.

I could end up being wrong on this, but I still predict that Obama will sign a bill that represents some form of constitutional abuse.</description>
