Just because most people won't die from a taser attack doesn't mean that they should be used indiscriminately. Tasering someone for non-life-threatening, mild physical resistance is obscene. It's playing Russian Roulette with peoples' lives, never mind that most of them aren't smart enough to play it cool in public.
