White House Names Ebola Czar As It Steps Up Response

You know what they say -- never let a crisis go to waste. Think of the broad range of powers that could be granted this new czar. I also find it interesting the way this word, with all of its autocratic, centralized power connotations, has come to be commonly used to describe this nation's government officials. Sometimes I wonder if they use such words with mocking deliberateness, snickering amongst themselves about how stupid we are.
