A Whiff of Reform in Cambodia

“Rainsy [the opposition leader] has claimed that electoral fraud, ranging from phantom voters to security force intimidation of voters, cost his CNRP a parliamentary majority.” Looks like Cambodia is trying to emulate the U.S., where the whiff is a bit more malodorous.
