"The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary." ~ H.L. Mencken
Walmart to Quit Selling AR-15s
Submitted by KenK on Fri, 2015-08-28 00:00
When Walmart put all our local Mom & Pop gunshops outta bidness a few years I didn't care. Wallys had a good selection and cheaper prices and if they didn't have it, they'd order it, no problem. But corporate policies can and do change. Wallymart decided not to sell handguns. Then it imposed a two box limit on ammo sales. Soon, no more AR-15s. Maybe we should rethink the idea that the lowest price on things is the only important consideration?
