"The only purpose for which power can be rightfully exercised over any member of a civilized community, against his will, is to prevent harm to others. His own good, either physical or moral, is not sufficient warrant." ~ John Stuart Mill
A prolific writer of nearly 60 books, best known for A Lodging of Wayfaring Men – a philosophical novel Reason Magazine called, "Atlas Shrugged for the new millennium".
In a previous life, a successful engineering career saw him called as an expert witness in numerous legal cases and a consultant to high profile organizations like NASA and the US military. He developed and taught continuing-education courses for Iowa State University’s College of Engineering. He also co-founded the Fiber Optic Association and wrote the first ever standard for the installation of fiber optic cables.
And while he now spends his days as an adventure capitalist and regular speaker at many free-thinker events, his real passion is Freeman's Perspective – as both industry legends and current subscribers can attest to.
