Senate Bill 510 -- the Food Safety bill -- is *stalled out*. (Dead in the water, possibly for the entire year...)
Yep, it has apparently run afoul of a Constitutional provision that means the law must now be kicked back to the Senate for yet another vote. But there may not be time for another vote. Read this fascinating development here:
