The United States Locks Babies Up In Prisons

"But, at T. Don Hutto [ICE 'Residential Center'], entire families are incarcerated together. There is another facility in Berks County, Pennsylvania, where children are also being imprisoned. There may be many more of these "detention centers". Lately, ICE suggested that there are (or soon will be) at least 23 of these facilities in the United States.  It could be that there are many more than that.  No one is talking about these places".
