Truck Owner Wants DEA to Pay Up After Botched Sting

A driver for a small North Texas trucking company was secretly working with DEA agents hauling marijuana from the border as part of an undercover operation when the driver was shot and killed.  Eight months later, company owner Craig Patty still can't get recompense from the U.S. government's decision to use his truck and employee without his permission.
