Tighter Cap on Hydrocodone Backed

“Allegations that a Des Moines pharmacist sold huge quantities of hydrocodone pills under the table to addicts illustrate why federal officials want to tighten rules on how the painkilling drug may be dispensed, a national addiction-treatment expert said.” Instead of ending the drug war that spurs this type of commerce, the “solution” is to tighten rules.
