Strawberries Fight Cancer, Study Finds

It was a very small study. However, the results are interesting. I am simply amazed at the number of illnesses and diseases, small and great, that are caused by poor nutrition, as well as the number that can be prevented or treated nutritionally. Fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, staying away from processed foods, and cooking well balanced meals from scratch are just so important to overall health and well being.
