"Mandates that force businesses to provide paid sick-leave or any other fringe benefit are all based on the anti-capitalistic notion that businesses are evil and are always looking for ways to exploit their workers. But if that is true then why do so many companies provide their employees with paid sick-leave and other fringe benefits without the government’s mandating that they do so?"
