"The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary." ~ H.L. Mencken

The crazy old warhawk is tired of the mighty USGov always being embarassed as a toothless tiger by Turd-World kakistocracies, (like North Korea), proving yet again that they can't protect anyone or anything. Let's take him up on this, eh? Finally there'd be credible evidence by admission that the USGov can't and won't protect their citizens at home or abroad, which is after all the professed reason for a state's existence.
