I think the wrong site got placed in the title because I never came across why Robin was shot and left to bleed to death before her daughters eyes. The article was intriguing in and of itself but left me drained trying to find the Robin story.

This is the correct link. I found it by doing a search on the title. The article that was actually linked: "Global Elitism: The Character Traits Of Truly Evil People" was very good.
