Preston Man Files Suit, Says Law Prohibiting Sale of Liquor Violates Rights

A Preston man has filed a civil rights lawsuit against the state of Idaho, saying his First Amendment freedoms have been violated by a city that prohibits the sale of distilled spirits in public bars.
