I am not a DRIVER since this Sovereign Man is not employed[1] and is not using the highway for business, or for profit.

I do not consent to be a subject of the "Obama Administration", just like I didn't consent to be a subject of the "Bush Administration", just like I didn't consent to be a subject of the "Clinton Administration".
