The Obama administration has floated a transportation authorization bill that would require the study and implementation of a plan to tax automobile drivers based on how many miles they drive.

I hear what you're saying, but something tells me the Obama Administration won't be persuaded by that argument...
I do not consent to be a subject of the "Obama Administration", just like I didn't consent to be a subject of the "Bush Administration", just like I didn't consent to be a subject of the "Clinton Administration".
