A Non-Defense Defense Of Roman Polanski

"I do not defend Polanski per se because I believe he is both legally and morally guilty. It doesn't matter how talented he is or the contributions he has made to society. No one should get a free pass for attacking another human being, especially a child. Or, rather, the only person who can rightfully prevent a prosecution is the victim."
