'In at least one town in Arkansas (aptly named Jericho), severe ticketing has led to the closing of City Hall that can be now reached only via FAX, the disbanding of the police force (7 officers), the voiding of outstanding police citations, and the resignation of a judge...all of which would be or could be steps toward civil society if not anarchy.'
