Scientists Worry Machines May Outsmart Man
Not The Onion, despite the headline's similarity to "scientists worry that sun may move below horizon this evening." Assuming our technological civilization doesn't destroy itself first, the Singularity cannot be stopped and will arrive sooner than most people think (see previous link for the obvious caveat).
