"""I author this letter to inform the conscience of the legal community about the ruinous collapse of prisoner attitude since I was last here incarcerated. The attitude has gone from appreciation for being placed in a ?camp? to disdain and hostility toward it. I share the present mood of antipathy for this penal colony.
