Breaking the Bank

?Here's some more thinking on the future of warfare. I'm taking a bit of a risk with this since I am posting it without data to support a strong domestic trend line. However, I thought it was important to put it out there early since if/when the violence starts it will be both sudden and very difficult to stop.?
