Iraq Had Intelligence of Possible Parliament Attack

"Iraqi authorities had intelligence that militants were planning an attack on parliament before a suicide bombing at the building, a senior government source said on Friday." So much for the enhanced security and stability this "surge" was supposed to ensure...right in the "secure Green Zone," and they even had warning.
