Change We're Getting Stuck With: Another Blow to Civil Liberties by Obama's White House

ProPublica's Christopher Flavelle on the White House erasing "all mention of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board from its Web site" ? reversing a previous position. The Board was created on recommendation of the 9/11 Commission (but never staffed), apparently to provide the illusion that the Bill of Rights was not actually being dismantled.
