I saw this last week and couldn't believe the words that were coming out of his mouth. He dives right in with his opening statement "I frankly think crisis initiation is tough". What is "crisis initiation"? I think the killing of US ambassador Chris Stevens in the heavily guarded embassy in Benghazi would fall under that category.

What on Earth is a sovereign nation? One that isn't a member of the UNITED NATIONS? That leaves, what, two "sovereign nations", Stato della Città del Vaticano (State of the Vatican City) and Kosovo, (which is only "partially recognised")?
