NATO Acts Like Snowflakes Over Georgia's Feelings About Putin's Abkhazia Visit
"NATO believes that the visit by Russian President Vladimir Putin to Abkhazia harms efforts to resolve the situation, and regrets that the visit took place without Georgia's prior consent. This was stated by the acting official representative of the North Atlantic Alliance Dylan White. "The visit of President Putin to the Georgian region, Abkhazia, on the ninth anniversary of the armed conflict of the Russian - Georgian war, is detrimental to international efforts to find a peaceful solution through negotiations," White said."
