Milwaukee Jury Ignores Precedent and Law with Verdict Against Gunshop

The ambulance chasers who pursued this case know full-well that the federal Legal Commerce in Arms Act of 2005 makes this type of lawsuit illegal, but like the recent closing of the last gunshop in San Franciso, the shysters are counting on these small businesses to not be able to afford the legal costs of defending themselves, even though the law is on their side.
