Mayors for Illegal Activities

This makes me curious as to what crimes that Bloomberg has committed. I have seen the list of corrupt politicians (mayors) on his list that have been arrested for a sundry of crimes, The government has presented itself in the least of being a quasi-gangster organization, but what amazes me is that people still vote for criminals into their political positions to continue their activities.
