Matt Ridley on How Fossil Fuels are Greening the Planet

Matt Ridley accepts the conclusion that global carbon dioxide levels and global temperatures are rising.  He points out that the totality of green vegetation has grown during the last century.  Ridley believes that rising temperatures are actually making the world a more habitable place for humans, as well as for natural flaura and fauna.
