Hacked From Above: A DIY Spy Plane Takes Flight

Individuals employed at an agency hired a pair of techies to build a drone plane out of "legally" obtained parts. The pair fulfilled the contract. Rather than celebrate, those at the agency peddled a scare campaign. After all, it helps their bottom line - they claim a monopoly on the "legitimate" use of force - when people are scared business is good.
