A worthwhile read, but the following makes no sense:
"Neutral Science is a term coined to describe a science where there is no materialistic, physical or other implicit or explicit belief system at the root of explanations for observations."
Explanation of observations without basis in any belief system whatsoever is impossible. Simply making coherent sense of what you see requires beliefs that you ultimately can't confirm.
