Fine Print at the Farmers Market

5 minute video. I couldn't help but laugh but it really is scary how intrusive the state has gotten. The USDA apparently owns the word "organic", so if you want to grow some food and sell it to your neighbor it must be called "homegrown". You'll also need to sign a 10 page document written in legalese, attach a plan of your garden plot and display your permit.
