Court Considers Orthodox Jewish Rule Against Informing
Submitted by Sharon Secor on Thu, 2012-01-19 03:00
“The Talmudic laws of mesira prohibited Jews from informing against other Jews to non-Jewish authorities. This ancient "no snitching" rule is getting modern attention.” Wisdom from the ages. We should not be “snitching” on each other to them, to the enemy. As Dead Prez and The Coup said in “Get Up!” (I love that song !) “They only give you two choices; be a rebel or a slave (So what you do?) So I rebel... And even if you a friend of the blue You can get it too, snitchin is never forgettable This Hell we livin' is never forgivable...You better choose your side, Crip - Blood – 415, It's one team, get up and let's ride!”
