Congress Expected to Pass Water Bill this Week

“Don’t look now, but Congress may get something done this week.” And this means? Oh, yeah, more pillaging of the populace. “California stands to benefit from four new projects and other initiatives in the bill. The biggest authorization for California is for more than $1 billion.”
