Congrats, hackers: you’re now a munition (sort of)

"Wassenaar rules require export licenses for anything that could be considered “intrusion software”—but not in US, yet." At least the US is getting this one right. Sadly, though, governments around the world make it more challenging to secure peoples' personal data and Internet infrastructure.
