"Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind Or Severely
Disabled" adds to the government’s Procurement List products and
services to be furnished by nonprofit agencies employing persons who are
blind or have other severe disabilities.
Note
that these products and services are NOT being purchased based upon any
price or quality criteria. The
