The Prevention of Illegal Acts Act

by Steve Maikoski

10th CONGRESS

2nd Session

H. R. 57,649

The Prevention of Illegal Acts Act

 IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

May 14, 1999 &  March 20, 2002

Mr. Maikoski, a citizen, introduced the following bill, which was presented to Committee on the Judiciary.

A BILL

To amend the laws of the United States to prevent illegal acts and all other violations of law by making law breaking illegal.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE:

(a) SHORT TITLE- This Act may be cited as the 'Prevention of Illegal Acts Act'.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Ban on Illegal Acts.

Congress finds that:

  • ·        Despite the number of laws currently in force today, citizens are still breaking many laws.  Making all crimes illegal will prevent them.

  • ·        Members of Congress love to use the word “prevention” in the title of any bill, as if the “prevention” legislation would prevent anything; except the proper use of time by members of Congress.

  •

  • ·        Less than 5% of the bills introduced in Congress become law.  95% of the laws proposed before Congress are a waste of time and paper.

  • ·        Some laws enacted by Congress concern acts that are already covered at state levels. This redundancy may only be eliminated by eliminating the redundancy of the State courts.

  • ·         If responsible members of congress do not respond to the populist pressures to federalize every crime, the emotional citizens will portray them as hateful, uncompassionate, and mean spirited.

Therefore; be it enacted by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled:

MAKING ALL CRIMES HATEFUL, GREEDY and MEAN SPIRITED

Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, no person may commit any crime involving any person, property, fantasy, or thought without being subject to strict federal punishment.

SECTION 2. Federal Jurisdictional Priority.

CLOSING OF USELESS STATE & LOCAL COURTS

With this bill federalizing all crimes, all state and local courts shall be rendered useless and will be closed.  All officers and employees of the courts system will be employed as additional peace officers as provided for within the many “Security” Acts enacted by other Acts.

(b) EFFECTIVE DATE- Immediate upon passage by Congress, or signed executive order by the President which bypasses the Constitutional duties of the former.
