Bush's
Pals Are Panicking
American
Coffins Threaten Bush, Sharon and the Israeli-NeoCon Dream of World
Empire

Pundits
of American domestic political developments and their counterparts in
Middle Eastern political analysis will duly note that smouldering
resentment of George W. Bush's preemptive war in Iraq is about to burst
into open flames in the Presidential campaign in the United States.
The evidence is everywhere this week. And the most interesting
aspect of this burgeoning crisis is one either missed or deliberately
ignored by Corporate Media in the United States--the revolt against King
George comes not simply from Left and Middle, but in a renewed
ideological struggle within the American Right over its identifiable
heart and soul.
Pat Buchanan has been dutifully and publicly unmasking the Israel
First, Neo-Con Dreams of World Empire agenda of the Bush
Administration. His two most recent editions of The American
Conservative entitled Pinocchio Presidency and No-Win War
have struck raw nerve endings in the hearts of many American
conservatives never on board with the notion of a surrogate war on
behalf of an Israeli government led by a certifiable international war
criminal. Mr. Sharon's recent unilateral and illegal preemption of
any Palestinian Right-of-Return to lands forcibly confiscated in 1948,
his decision to draw his own West Bank boundaries devoid of any
semblance of regard for international law--and a predictable renewal of
the policy of extra-judicial killings and military occupation in
perpetuity--continue to exacerbate tensions within the American Right
over the wisdom of committing the United States to the endgame involved
in a Bush-Sharon alliance. Mr. Buchanan's most
recent commentary for Antiwar.com demonstrates the desperation among
Mr. Bush's allies in the Neo-Con press, especially in the pathetic
commentary of Israel Lobby shill William Kristol of The Weekly
Standard. Ongoing exposure will breed further desperation as
the leaks in the dam widen. The torrent of water that will follow
the bursting of the dam will take down Mr. Kristol and those of his ilk
inexorably. Mr. Bush will go down the river with them--without a
paddle.
Joseph Farah of the globally influential pro-Israel World Net Daily
provides the rest of us with yet another discernable clue of how late
the hour is getting for the Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld-Perle cabal in
Washington. In a political earthquake of seismic proportions for
The Cabal, Mr. Farah now admits he cannot support Mr. Bush for
re-election after a year of cheerleading for the same, while glumly
predicting a Democratic victory in November. In a piece this past
week entitled, Why Kerry Will Win, Mr. Farah acknowledges the
increasingly desperate political state of Republican Presidential
fortunes still six months away. His own most recent front pages re-accentuate
the familiar concerns of his Christian Right concerns on homosexual
marriage, abortion-on-demand, homeschooling, crime, and drug addiction.
Enthusiastic and prominent coverage of the War on Terror and Mission
Accomplished in Iraq have suddenly disappeared or been relegated to back
page status. The embarrassed silence is deafening.
The third exhibit of the desperation of the Bush-Neo-Con-Sharon Cabal
these days emanates from the establishment conservative, pro-Bush,
pro-War for Empire Internet site known oxymoronically as Free
Republic.com. The statement of purpose of its founder, Jim
Robinson, may be accessed here.
The character of this site is obvious to the trained observer of agit-prop.
Mr. Robinson allows the lapdogs of Bush and Cheney to post articles and
commentaries anonymously. Articulate voices on the American Right
who oppose The Cabal on Israel, War, Empire, or virtually any other
topic have their threads removed and future posting privileges revoked
without explanation. Having been informed by other traditional
American conservatives of Mr. Robinson's methods, I tested him this week
by posting my
article for Dave Black Online for third party Presidential candidate
Michael Peroutka with Free Republic.com. Robinson's
commitment to a Censored Republic.com was proven and re-affirmed less
than twelve hours later when the thread was predictably pulled and my
posting privileges with his service revoked after only one offering.
What apparently caused Mr. Robinson to either adjust or change his
underwear in the wee hours of the night was the following excerpt on Mr.
Bush's War for Empire and Israel made available to his own Pavlovian
faithful here.
