This merely reflects that there are bad apples in every barrel, but it does not imply that every apple there is bad. Now can these apples be infected, coerced into doing unnatural things in the community. Certainly it does. They have a family to feed, retirement to think of, health benefit needs. But a cop too smart for his own good!! Give me a break. However, in a creative perspective it makes sense to have a moron cop, proven when one tasers himself on a traffic stop. "To Protect and Serve" is a assonym. Am I afraid of cops. You bet. I have no idea what kind of imagination these guys have. How many are thinking of a long paid vacation for killing a citizen--mighty tempting. Are there any good cops? Sure here are, but you can't tell the difference between a good one and a bad one. They all look the same to me.
