“Free Range” Parents Found Guilty of Child Neglect for Letting Kids Walk Home From Park

Two Maryland parents have been found responsible, by Child Protective Services (CPS), of “unsubstantiated child neglect,” for allowing their 10-year-old boy and 6-year-old girl to walk a mile home, from a local playground to the family residence. Their crime?
